Carefully placed dermal filler to restore selected areas of lost volume.
Sculptra, PRP or other skin boosters to further replace lost collagen
Thread lifting for appropriately selected patients with mild to moderate tissue descent.
RF microneedling or other collagen-stimulating treatments to improve skin firmness.
Skin resurfacing and medical-grade skincare to address accompanying skin changes.

Facial aging is about much more than loose skin. Over time, we experience changes in collagen, facial fat, bone structure, ligaments, and the tissues that support the face.
That can show up as flatter cheeks, deeper folds, jowling, or heaviness through the lower face.
That’s one of the most important distinctions we make. We want to treat what has actually changed—not just fill where you see a line.
Sometimes restoring carefully selected areas of lost volume can improve facial balance. But if tissue has actually descended, simply adding more filler may create heaviness without solving the real problem. Sometimes the best next step is surgery for particular concerns, and we are happy to refer you to a plastic surgeon if that is the case. But we can do some really amazing things without surgery!
There are nonsurgical treatments that can improve facial support, skin quality, and mild to moderate tissue descent. Depending on your anatomy, options may include carefully placed filler, thread lifting, radiofrequency microneedling, or a combination of treatments.
But nonsurgical treatments have limits. If surgery would give you a better result, we’ll tell you that too.
Our goal is the opposite. We want you to look like yourself, just more refreshed.
The best treatment plan respects your natural facial proportions rather than trying to create a different face.
You don't have to figure that out yourself. We’ll evaluate your face as a whole, talk about what you’ve noticed, and prioritize the changes that would make the biggest difference.
And sometimes the right plan is to do less, not more.
