Dr. Jillian Ciocchetti attended Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City before returning to Colorado to complete her general surgery residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver. With more than 20 years of experience in medicine and surgery, her career has included general surgery, breast surgery, vein care, aesthetic medicine, and teaching surgical residents. She is passionate about educating patients, building lasting relationships, and providing thoughtful, personalized care that prioritizes natural results, honest recommendations, and each patient's overall well-being.
Emma Foraker, MD
Aesthetic Physician
Dr. Emma Foraker attended Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and made her way west for her internal medicine residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. She quickly discovered that her niche in medicine was performing procedures and pursued extensive training in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. She is passionate about helping her patients look and feel their best while becoming the healthiest versions of themselves, inside and out.

Tracy Mendoza is a medical aesthetician with 10 years of experience, laser certification, and extensive training in a variety of skin-treatment modalities. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for personalized skin rejuvenation, facial balancing, and treatments that enhance each client's natural beauty.
Aisling Ryan-Abbott, DNP, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Aisling Ryan-Abbott earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Bates College in Maine before pursuing nursing at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School's Graduate School of Nursing. She began her nursing career in cardiac medical-surgical care, became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021, and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2022. With a clinical background spanning dermatology, medical aesthetics, urgent care, and primary care, she joined Northpoint in 2024, where she focuses on aesthetic treatments and weight management while also supporting Dr. Ciocchetti's surgical practice. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin through personalized care, clear communication, and thoughtful recommendations that empower them to make informed decisions about their health and wellness.
Danika Sprague, RN
Registered Nurse
Danika is a Colorado native RN with 8 years of experience in cardiac nursing. She holds a passion for health, wellness and fitness, with a degree in Health and Exercise Science. "Aesthetics nursing has always been an area I have been intrigued by, I love building relationships with my patients, and I cannot wait to make you feel great about yourself!"
Ashley Wilkinson
Front Desk & Laser Technician
Ashley Wilkinson has been part of the Northpoint team for six years and has personally experienced many of the treatments she now provides. Her firsthand experience helps her understand the excitement, questions, and concerns patients may have throughout their aesthetic journey. She specializes in laser treatments and standard microneedling and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and supported while working toward healthier-looking skin and their individual treatment goals.
Linda L. Johnson DNP, WHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Linda Johnson began her nursing career as a licensed practical nurse and continued her education, earning her registered nursing degree from the University of Nebraska and her master's degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She later earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2015, specializing in women's health. With more than 40 years of nursing experience, she is passionate about educating patients, supporting them through hormonal and reproductive changes, and helping them make informed decisions about their health and wellness throughout every stage of life.
Alisa S Himyak BSN, RN
RN Injector
Alisa Himyak began her nursing career in medical-surgical care before transitioning into surgical services, where she worked in preoperative and post-anesthesia care. She later moved into education and school nursing while continuing to pursue her interest in aesthetic medicine, completing neurotoxin injection training with Dr. Ciocchetti in 2024. She is passionate about providing natural-looking results through a calm, reassuring approach that helps patients feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful while preserving what makes them uniquely themselves.
Carly Holland
Practice Operations Manager
Carly earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota and went on to build professional experience as an office manager and sales representative for two large insurance companies. She brings her background in communication, organization, and customer service to her role at Northpoint. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where every patient feels heard, valued, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Certified Health Coach
Amber Flora holds a PhD in biomedical science and neuroscience, with a background in addiction research, hospital science, and research science. For the past 10 years, she has helped people develop healthier nutrition and lifestyle habits to support sustainable weight management and long-term well-being. After personally losing 30 pounds in four months through the Trilivy food program in 2017, with the guidance of Dr. Jillian Ciocchetti, she discovered her passion for health coaching and trained under Dr. Ciocchetti to help others. Her personal journey through weight loss and infertility shaped her commitment to helping people understand the connection between lifestyle habits and overall health. She is passionate about helping patients overcome barriers, build healthier habits, and discover what is possible for their well-being.
